Magnesium die

Magnesium dies are suitable for all common types of rotary printing machines. The basic roller is made of brass and is produced for every specified line-up length.

Maximum detail

As every detail of the pattern is transferred onto the die the maximum detail can be achieved with a minimum size from approx. 0.1 mm.

Pattern print

Can be used on all common material types.

This product is for hot stamping on common rotary printing machines. The system consists of high-quality replaceable magnesium dies combined with a basic rotary roller. The dies are very easy and quick to clamp using the special locks on the die. We produce basic rotary sleevs for every specified printing perimeter and any type of printing machine, including gears so that only the magnesium die is replaced for different printing patterns. It can also be used for electric and oil heating.
